The sluggish recoil, common with reflex bags, was resolved by positioning the spring near the punching bag; and not its base. The result? A quick, whipping recoil that amazed even boxers with years of experience.
The base is designed for common use. We've designed a non-spill tank base as well as a wide sphere plate base; both fitted with suction cups underneath. Stick your base onto approved surfaces or weigh your bag down with gym weights. Our bag has a ‘quiet’ design that lets you train in peace. It’s designed for home training or as a piece of gym equipment which can be placed anywhere.
